Benjamin M. Sheridan is the Managing Attorney of Klein & Sheridan, a consumer-protection firm with offices in West Virginia, North Carolina, and Washington. His practice runs from individual Chapter 7 bankruptcies to complex class and mass actions — taking on banks, creditors, the three credit bureaus, debt collectors, and insurance companies in state and federal court. He graduated from the West Virginia University College of Law in 2008 and holds an LL.M. from The George Washington University Law School.

Along the way, Ben developed a unique suite of specialized applications — including Valentine, Norris, and Maverick — to help manage Klein & Sheridan. They remain in daily use at the firm today. Now he has decided to make those enterprise-quality tools available, and affordable, for attorneys in small and medium practices everywhere.
